Hi there! I am Mu He, a UX/Product designer seeking for full-time opportunities. Currently, I am a second-year master student specializing in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Michigan School of Information. Prior to this, I obtained a bachelor degree in E-Commerce.

As a creative and rigorous designer with background in product management, I regard user-centered design, empathy, and creativity as my design philosophy. I believe it is essential for a designer to think problems outside the box, and always create user experience from a panoramic view, get familiar with the life-cycle of product development, and explore the potential needs of consumers through iterative research and simulation.

I am also a...

Smart devices enthusiast: I like to try out for latest released smart products, read reviews about new design and technology it represents, and share my reflection thoughts with others through tech-forums and other online communities.

Fan of AR/VR technology: I believe embedding AR/VR technology into today’s high-tech ecosystem will break new ground for applications and accessory products, which are capable of bringing about new possibilities in interactions through collaboration and recreating scenes, and turn people’s ideals into reality.

TV show lover: From The Ellen DeGeneres Show, to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, I love watching American talk shows for years, which I believe it is a good way to learn American culture and society.

Enthusiastic volunteer: I was elected as volunteer in the Apple Fan Zone in MacWorld/iWorld Asia expo for two consecutive years, where I introduced and presented a series of award-winning creative apps to worldwide visitors.

Sports zealot: I am the record-holder of 100-meter dash in college, and used to be the starting power-forward of the men’s basketball team. Loving to watch all kinds of competitive team sports, I am particularly into American football and a diehard fan of Tom Brady.
